2026 Diabetes Health Fair

Diabetes health fair at CTHP in Redwood Valley with added Healthy Lungs California lung cancer education for the tribal community. The event serves about 250 community members, adults 50+, current and former smokers, veterans, survivors, caregivers, Native American, rural, and medically underserved residents. HLC provides a navigator, screening program partner, provider education, and educational materials and swag. The clinic offers referrals to a specialist. Offered in English.
